Bikao.com Back Again .. Again .. :-)

Well guys,

Bikao.com is back again, I dont beleive that its been 6 years since I last worked on this website. I have owned this domain for 8 years now and cant believe how much time I have wasted by not working on bikao.com

But anyways, I am back and hopefully this time I will keep maintaining the website. The idea is still the same, Its going to a classified website for the asian and middle eastern market but this time, I will be introducing more innovate features on bikao.com.

The website is back up and I have already started getting users.

After a long break , we are back with new developments on bikao.com . Well Actually we are a service based software house. Past few months have been really busy with us doing projects and now we finally found some time to work on bikao.com again.

The interface is changes totally. We are still trying to make a better logo.

In first phase we will be opening website for car and house sales only and then add more features later.

Well we are keeping our fingers crossed this time :-)

the user is "lahoreonline" and he is selling a nice computer and few DVDs.

We welcome and thank lahoreonline for joining our community.

We are still busy with the new website development which is being developed from groundup because there were so many features we wanted to ad and building on the current script wasnt so feasable.

Well Actually now is really when we have started working on bikao seriously. The current version was more like a test version to get comments from users and feedback .

We really do take feedback very seriously and the new version will be whole lot better.

by the way Our total earning so far from the website is $1.83 :-) Well Atleast we earned something out of it. how much we have spent on it ??? you ask ? thats a whole different story

Bikao.com Revamped ( a little )

We have revamped the website a little. Basically the same script but made some visual changes to make it more colorfull and to give it a fresh look. Well dont know as to how far we succeeded in doing so ..

The new development of new and improved script will start from tomorrow.

Website design comments

we got some comments on the website. That its boring and doesnt have much .. well yes it doest have much right now .. and we are working on it . Yep I agree that the design isnt too flashy and should have more colors and graphics.

no bikao on google yet

Well its been three days since I added the domain bikao.com on google and still there is not listing :) I search www.bikao.com on google and I get no result.

Strange isnt it ? I mean shouldnt google engine just simple check if www.bikao.com exist or not by just pinging on it and simply return atleast one result.

Right now its little frustrating for us. But someone told me it takes weeks before the site is listed.

hmmm but still i think google engine should atleast check if the domain name exist or not.

I did get result from yahoo search engine .. but then again no results from msn and aol either.

so from these test its revealed that yahoo search engine is more intelligent then others .

Well anyways .. lets wait and see what happens.

right now we are only searching "bikao.com". Later we'll be coming into keywords wars.

SEO starts for bikao.com

Well the website is up .. and we started little search engine optimization for bikao.com :-) The website is not listed in google yet . So I guess it will take some and lot of hardwork before results start coming in. We are also looking forward to do some advertisements in local newspapers very soon as soon as we get the website running.
